WSDC: Day 2 Rank
Here are the standings from WSDC after day 2. I'm leaving it in alphabetical order (as it appears on the WSDC site) as some of the data doesn't add up (e.g. Pakistan has 3 wins but only 3 Judges voted for them. I understood to get 3 wins you needed at least 6 judges but I'm not an expert on schools so we'll see how it pans out).
For those who are interested the top 4 teams are England, Ireland, Hong Kong and Australia all with 4 wins each. Seven teams have 3 wins each including Scotland who have actually won all their debates but have had a bye in one round. Teams with a bye will make that up on Saturday

New MySpace Group
Change of Plan. It appears that this idea is already well up and running on facebook rather than MySpace. Therefore I've joined the existing groups of "Global University Debating" and "British Parlimentary Debating". Not only is it already up and running it has the added benefit (to me) of someone else administrating it.
If you are looking to join a Debating network I recommend one of these rather than the MySpace group.
